The first year of maintenance is included for free after initial product purchase.
Annual maintenance plan can be renewed at 15% of software list price and is optional after the first year.
Customers under the maintenance plan are eligible to receive cost free upgrades in case they belong to the same generation of the software you have licensed (for example 7.0 to 7.x). Upgrading to the next generation (for example 7.0 to 8.0) will require an upgrade fee.
