This release adds some new features to increase the performance of VRMesh for use in civil engineering, and enhances some key features to streamline the process of complete reverse modeling, rapid prototyping, and conceptual design from sketch.

Import/Export:
	New added formats:
		Import: Leica* PTX/PTS, Riegl* 3DD, Trimble* ASC, 3D Studio* 3DS. Export: Leica* PTS, 3D Studio* 3DS. *trademarks of their respective owners
	Enhanced formats:
		The imported/exported OBJ file can include the color information. The imported/exported TXT and ASC files can include the range of the intensity and RGB fields.
Point Cloud Tools:
	New features:
		Vertex color is fully supported during the point cloud/mesh processing. Smooth and decimate marked point clouds. Generate boundary curve and cross-section curves directly on point clouds. Freely sketch and adjust curve on point clouds.
	Enhanced features:
		Point cloud smoothing/decimation are speeded up. Point Cloud to Mesh command is improved to reduce flipped regions.
Mesh Tools:
	New feature:
		Decimate marked surface.
	Enhanced features:
		Sketch and Solid Cut command is changed to keep both parts. Fix error triangle abilities are enhanced by adding a fix-folded-triangles command. Cross-section curve commands are improved to generate multiple curves while many parts are intersected with the same plane.
Camera Control Tools:
	Enhanced features:
		Pan, Orbit, Zoom commands are improved to allow precise control. Custom view control is changed to allow users to set the particular position of the camera.
Operating System:
	Currently compatible with 32bit applications running on 64bit systems (including Vista x64).
